As a member of the AngelTrax Customer Service Department and Administrative Support Assistant in our corporate office, the Administrative Support Assistant represents the company’s image and mission to customers daily through email and phone interactions.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in identifying and meeting needs of customers
· Maintain daily contact with supervisor to inform and assist with customer requests
· Perform administrative duties, such as reviewing information, processing paperwork, data entry, etc.
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, as required by policies and law
· Communicate politely and professionally via phone, e-mail and mail with customers and with other employees
· Develop and maintain knowledge of extensive technology-based product and inner workings of the department
· Work as a team for the needs of the department and closely with other departments, as needed.
· Field questions within the department and problem solve
· Update and maintain all CSP records accurately and efficiently
· Manage work load due to priority.
· Be a positive resource for all aspects of the department, working hand in hand with Supervisor.
· Work with team members to assist in daily tasks.
· Be a “right hand” for the Director, daily shadow, and train to gain better understanding of current processes and problem-solving methods.
· Contribute in team atmosphere to help maintain a high level of CUSTOMER SERVICE in every customer interaction
Specific Skills:
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
· Fast learner able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and other employees
· Strong organization skills
· Dependability
· Strong work ethic
· High standards
· Customer service/inside sales: 2 years (Preferred)
· Administrative assistant or similar: 2 years (Preferred)
Job Type:
Full-time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
