Description:
AK Pizza Crust, a privately held food manufacturer employing more than 400 people over multiple facilities, is seeking a CSR/ Customer Service Account Specialist. This position will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Job duties:
- Order entry & confirmation
- Working as a liaison between the customer and inter-company departments
- Promptly responding to customer requests and complaints
- New customer/item set up
- Building & maintaining spreadsheets
- Maintaining detailed records for each customer
- 2+ years experience in a CUSTOMER SERVICE capacity
- 1+ years experience in logistics
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills
- Highly organized and strong ability to multitask
- Calm/professional demeanor – works well under pressure
- Work history with a manufacturer is helpful
- Experience in the food industry is helpful
