Customer Service Account Specialist

AK Pizza Crust, a privately held food manufacturer employing more than 400 people over multiple facilities, is seeking a CSR / Customer Service Account Specialist. This position will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Job Duties

• Order entry & confirmation

• Working as a liaison between the customer and inter-company departments

• Promptly responding to customer requests and complaints

• New customer/item set up

• Building & maintaining spreadsheets

• Maintaining detailed records for each customer

Skills/Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a Customer Service capacity

• 1+ years experience in logistics

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Excellent listening skills

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

• Strong computer skills

• Highly organized and strong ability to multitask

• Calm/professional demeanor – works well under pressure

• Work history with a manufacturer is helpful

• Experience in the food industry is helpful
