Sun Day Travel, LLC is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team in our remote team. This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management, organization, and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-time, in-budget projects - Execute quotes within the intended budget, timeframe, and requests of the client
- Communicate with clients - Drive contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship.
- Manage resources - Utilize vendor websites to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each quote.
- Develop project plans - Create detailed quotes for each client.
- Problem solve - Identify and overcome any issue that may arise for a prospect or booked client.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in project management, Customer Service, or sales
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization
- Passion for travel
- Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
