We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. ```Duties:```
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information
- Perform data entry to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to customers
```Requirements:```
- English and (bilingual)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
