Ace Design and Remodeling is a family owned, small business, in Orange, CA. We are experts in remodeling and design and our goal is to assist homeowners and businesses in selecting and installing remodeling products, such as countertops, flooring, cabinets, and tile.

***Duties***
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns.
- Handle outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional information or assistance.
- Utilize effective communication skills to clearly and professionally communicate with customers.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up to date on design trends and materials
- Inform clients of the remodeling process
***Requirements***
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.
