Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Charlotte, NC is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State FarmTeam Member for Russ Levinton - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop Customer Relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish Customer Relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

• Must be available to work the following schedule: Mon-Fri 8:45am-5:30pm - Starting salary$34,000-38,000 + bonuses - depending on experience
