Primary Duties and Requirements:
- Main point of contact for customers
- Manage incoming and outbound calls and customer service inquiries
- Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
- Identify and assessing needs to achieve satisfaction with our services
- Support customers in providing an understanding of information needed for a successful relationship
- Answer questions, troubleshooting, resolve emerging problems and handle outage situations
- Excellent conflict resolution, communication skills, patience and understanding
- Keep detailed records of each customer interaction, accounts and files
- At least 3 years of customer service experience and practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
- Bilingual preferred
