GENERAL SUMMARY/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive incoming and make outgoing calls.
- Provide customer service support to the organization.
- Assist customers by providing product and service information and managing customer accounts in a timely manner.
- Resolving product and service problems.
- Implements an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:/p>
- Six months of customer service and/or direct marketing experience
- Must work well under pressure
- Must able to multitask
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to type at least 35-40 WPM.
