Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, the Process Engineer drives strategy and execution through designing new business models; streamlining and reengineering existing business processes and providing support to change management.

To be qualified for this position, you:
- Must have a minimum of six years in a Process Engineer/Process Improvement role.
- Must have Proven experience in process improvement, leading and facilitating projects with a record of successful implementation; preferably for a software company, but not required.
- Must be able to see the big picture; understand project objectives and be able to apply understanding of how processes should work to improve operational outcomes.
- Must be able to identify areas where businesses can improve processes and workflows in order to remain competitive in the industry.
- Must have excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.
- Must have excellent communication skills with the demonstrated ability to strike the right tone and select the best medium of messaging.
- Must have Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotional issues.
- Should be a self-starter, driven by a standard of excellence.
- Should have experience with workflow tools like Visio.
You will set yourself apart if:
- You have experience supporting a Healthcare IT organization.
- You are Six Sigma or Lean certified.
You will be:
- Organizing, leading and facilitating process improvement across multiple teams within Operations.
- Diagraming and evaluating existing processes as a baseline to use in identifying opportunities for future improvements.
- Developing metrics that provide data for process measurement; utilizing the data to identify opportunities for future improvements.
- Conducting research to develop new and improved processes for Operations.
- Providing consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
- Responsible for the change management associated with process changes including training, communication, and success measurement.
- Responsible for process mapping and reengineering existing processes to improve performance and outcomes.
- Monitoring deliverables (ensuring timely complete of projects) the process performance throughout production.
- Facilitating process workshops, including documenting any information elicited using process maps and business requirements documents.
- Responsible for documenting and presenting new process designs to stakeholders to improve outcomes and performance.
- Responsible for change management of new process designs including training, communication, and success measurement.
