Overview of Job Description
The Customer Experience Relationship Manager - Non-Commercial Accounts will operate as a business partner with the Non-Commercial Accounts Sales Team. The role is responsible for building and maintaining positive customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth for non-commercial business segments within the food service channel. This role is the main point of contact to retain and expand the relationships with current and new pouring partners. This strategic role will collaborate with other functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, accounting, the Care Center, and others to achieve business results. An individual who is team-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about driving vertical growth will be successful in this role. This individual will report to the Director of Customer Experience.
Responsibilities Overview
● Facilitate the transition and management of newly added non-commercial accounts
● Drive vertical growth (additional equipment placement, focus SKUs, marketing elements) by aligning the Customer Experience with marketing initiatives as well as informing customers about new SKUs, functions, and features
● Maintain up-to-date records and contacts in CRM
● Quarterly check-ins with the customer seeking to grow Tractor’s relationships
● Annual review and business planning meeting with customers and Directors of Non-Commercial Accounts
● Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
● Maintain an excellent relationship with the customers
● Prepare and submit creative marketing requests and prioritize requests
Role Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, sales, marketing, or related field is required
● 3-5 years of food/beverage experience selling to and managing accounts, specifically in the non-commercial segments (C&U, B&I, rec/retail, hospitality, healthcare, etc.)
● Knowledge of the non-commercial GPO landscape
● Experience working with food service brokers
● Understanding and experience working with foodservice broadline distributors and DSD networks (Pepsi/Coke)
● Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of tasks
● Exceptional interpersonal skills and an emotionally intelligent, customer-centered approach
● Ability to effectively partner with a broad range of business leaders, customers, and suppliers
● Proactive team leadership and strong 360 communication skills
● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, handling multiple competing tasks simultaneously to closure
● Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with customers
● Exceptional organizational skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Ability to quickly master programs such as Google Workspace, Pipedrive, and Asana

Travel is integral to this role and will be based on individual customer needs. Up to 50% travel to be expected

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
