Position Overview:
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will embody the bridge of excellence between our valued customers and our dedicated team. This role is specially designed for individuals who thrive in environments that respect time-honored processes and clear instructions. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the essential liaison between our customers and the service team, ensuring communication is both clear and respectful, adhering to our commitment to quality service.
- Manage and coordinate customer service schedules and logistics, ensuring installations and services are executed with precision and adherence to our esteemed standards.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with a dedication to accuracy and a thorough understanding of our service protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Manager to efficiently plan and optimize schedules, ensuring resources are utilized effectively.
- Monitor the progress of service tasks, providing regular updates to customers and the Service Manager, maintaining a focus on transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate resolutions to any service challenges, prioritizing customer satisfaction while adhering to established problem-solving frameworks.
- Maintain detailed records of service schedules, customer communications, and task assignments, ensuring all actions align with our high standards of operational excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Proven background in coordination or customer support roles, ideally within the fitness equipment industry or a related field.
- Exceptional communication abilities, valuing clarity, respect for authority, and a preference for directive leadership.
- An organized, detail-focused approach capable of effectively managing multiple priorities with precision and care.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite, with a readiness to quickly adapt to new technological tools.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset that values traditional methodologies while seeking innovative applications.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, embracing the opportunity to support our customers beyond standard business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specific industry experience in fitness equipment or a closely related technical area is highly regarded.
- An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental, health, and vision insurance, along with paid time off.
