We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Coordinator (CEC) to join our team. The CEC will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair journey. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Foster customer success by utilizing retention marketing tools and strategies.
- Conduct calls to express appreciation to our valued customers.
- Support advisors in various tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing paperwork trails and documents.
- Capture photos and videos of shop operations for marketing purposes.
- Optimize images for SEO and create graphics for marketing materials.
- Assist with social media management and organization of employee events.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms and other relevant software
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
