Essential Functions

- Being AWESOME!
- Coordinating with clients and Field Technicians
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues over the phone
- Staging Equipment (may need to lift up to 25 lbs)
- Answering Phones and Responding to Emails
- Collaborating with a team on large and small projects
Work Environment
Highly engaging office space similar to an NBC mockumentary. (Not anyone in particular...)
Expected Hours of Work
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Education and Experience
- 1+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
- 1+ years of technical support experience would be valuable
- 1+ years of dispatching or scheduling experience would be valuable
- Ability to learn company software quickly
- Effective communication skills with the ability to listen and understand instructions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range:
$17.00 - $23.00 / hour based on experience
