Job Description:
The Customer Care Specialist I role is crucial for delivering successful customer experiences through order processing, inquiry handling, and client support. This position collaborates with clinics and internal teams to create customized prosthetic products, ensuring each customer's unique needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire order process.
- Provide pricing information to customers through a customized quoting process.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of customer orders by verifying order forms and inspecting digital and physical scans through internal systems, facilitating streamlined order processing and production.
- Follow documented work instructions through the case process, including resolving invoice queries, produce credits and escalating when required.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer interactions.
- Deliver superior customer experiences with exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Maintain product and technical knowledge through ongoing training and development.
- Read and understand order forms, measurements, medical terminology, and prosthetic fabrication.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Vocational degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Entry-level proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Must have excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Must be customer service-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and satisfaction to our clients.
- Display the ability to change tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Interpersonal skills to work patiently and empathetically with patients and customers who need additional sensitivity or attention.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $20.50 - $24.00 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
