JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Receivesinbound calls, emails and voicemails from residents and communities.Makes outbound calls and emails to former resident(s) with outstanding balances and collectspaymentsand directs calls when disputing.
2. Respondspromptly to former resident(s) inquiries according tolevelof urgency and properly recordsdetailof actions taken.
3. Verifiesaccuracy of charges on move out balance, research inconsistencies, and makes any necessary corrections per the lease agreement.
4. Maintainsaccuracy of resident personal demographic and confidential information (e.g., names, addresses, DOB, social security numbers, etc.); ensures compliance with any/all applicable contract terms, company policies and/or state/federal laws.
5. Communicatesand coordinates with other internaldepartmentsas necessary.
6. Completes projects, tasks, assignments, and other work that is unique to the department, follows departmental policies and procedures, and meet standards, metrics, and other benchmarks used within the department for evaluating performance and results.

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
