Hiring for a split first/second shift. Must be flexible for an 8 hour shift between 8am-8pm

**Hybrid role- must be willing to commute to Warren, MI**

Must haves:

• 3 or more years of working in a high volume Call Center/Customer Service environment with an emphasis on high level support
• Associates degree preferred
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Great customer service mindset and attitude!
• Willing to learn and grow!
• Proven ability to multitask!
