This isn't Customer Service or a Call Center, rather this is a single point of contact guiding homeowners after the sale through the installation process. Scheduling, tech measure, ordering, pre-installation, installation completion, follow up, closing out the project, collecting and reviewing satisfaction of existing customers.
Qualifications:
- 1 year Customer Care Representative
- 1 year Project Scheduling
- Ability to create, build and strengthen the relationships between customers and Mr. Rogers Windows.
- Must be well spoken and able to communicate over the phone with customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- High Attention to Detail
