Job Description
The John J Prudente Insurance Agency is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Weymouth office. This is full time position and we are looking for some insurance agency experience. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, offering client service on the phone, in person, and via email, addressing questions or concerns of our existing and new clients.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
- Consult on customer success - Advise customers on how to successfully answer their questions pertaining to their insurance needs.
- Maintain working product knowledge - Act as the client's representative, to ensure information given to the client is accurate, up-to-date and followed through.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (not mandatory)
- 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
- Excellent computer and verbal communication skills
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Reliable and able to work with 1 or 2 staff members at a time.
