The Gregg Young Automotive Group is looking to add a detailed, and communicative individual who is filled with initiative to join our Customer Care TEAM at our Chevrolet Newton location.

Customer Care Specialist Responsibilities:
ability to navigate inbound customer communications, and provide guidance to secure a confirmed customer reservation
computer competency required: ability to navigate multiple platforms, sites, and applications simultaneously utilizing dual monitors
Microsoft Office understanding needed, we will train on the additional platforms
having a proactive mindset, coupled with the willingness to seek out, source, and maintain current and future customer communications
full spectrum training and on-going mentorship thereafter…
What we offer:

Compensation:$16/hour, plus a tiered bonus structure
