- Prime Time Athletic Club in Burlingame seeks a service-oriented individual who is honest, energetic, polite, enthusiastic, dependable, and punctual to join the team and receive a free membership to one of the Bay Area's premier athletic clubs.
- This is a Part-Time, (full-time may be available) entry-level, assistant manager position as a Customer Care Representative to assist members and create a positive customer service experience for both our members and guests.
Requirements:
- High school or equivalent education level.
- Stable work history.
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
- Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
- Be a team player.
- Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction
- Assisting customers whenever necessary.
- Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
- Maintaining club to standards
- Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
