Responsibilities:
- Offer personalized assistance to SETF customers while maintaining professionalism throughout all interactions.
- Create customer experiences that result in brand loyalty.
- Document customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving with a customer focused mindset.
- Computer proficiency
