About the Role
We are looking for an organized and experienced individual to join our Digital Rx Customer Care team. As a Customer Care advisor, you will be responsible for handling all patient queries and complaints via email, live chat, and phone calls. You will work alongside the pharmacy team/clinicians to ensure exceptional clinical care and Customer Care are consistently delivered. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment centered around helping people, this role will suit you perfectly.
What you can expect to do in the role:
- Assist Customers via emails, phones, live chats/messaging and social media platforms. Ensuring queries are handled promptly and to a high standard.
- Embody the HeliosX values, putting the customer first including sharing feedback to encourage new ideas to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments such as clinical, social team and pharmacy dispensing teams.
- Accuracy in communications, investigations and record keeping to ensure that complaints and concerns can be investigated.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in an online customer service environment
- Experience handling multi-channel contact support (Email, Chat, Phone)
- Experience using cloud-based platforms E.g.. Zendesk
- Quiet workspace
- Computer literacy
- You must also be available to work nights and weekends
Nice to have:
- Pharmacy experience (online or retail)
- Customer service experience in a medical setting
