Those who will excel in this position of responsibility will maintain regular and punctual attendance. These effective team members will have the following duties and responsibilities:Clean and service a variety of Husson University facilities in order to ensure cleanliness while protecting the health of the campus community.Individuals in these positions must be willing to support special events by setting up and removing tables, chairs, furniture, etc.Typical QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED PreferredApplicants should possess:Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools and equipment, as well as occupational hazards and safety rules.Knowledge of how to clean using types of proper chemicals to successfully complete specific tasks.Some knowledge of the equipment used in this position.*We are willing to train the right person if knowledge base is not possessed.Other Skills and Requirements:Valid driver’s licenseSolid interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamAbility to facilitate cohesion and positive interactions as part of the custodial team.
