JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible all areas of the hospital according to established procedures, including areas such as Operating Rooms, Labor and Delivery, Cath Lab, Emergency Room, and Burn Unit.
Custodial Workers provide a clean and safe environment for patients to receive care and staff to provide care.
This position is responsible for:
- Operating all floor care equipment and large carpet extractor Moves supplies throughout the hospital and will also move light equipment or furniture occasionally per department set up request.

- Performs a variety of environmental services and cleaning duties to help maintain the hospital in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Work schedule: 1.0 (40 hours weekly), Evening Shift
Required Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience: Customer Service experience.
- Must be able to read, write and follow directions and/or oral instructions in English.
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push/pull 30 pounds up to 90 feet.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: Custodial/Environmental service experience; Hospital experience.
