In support of a Marine Corps Systems Command customer, we are seeking a Curriculum Developer II with experience supporting Marine Corps training programs utilizing the ADDIE model and NAVMC 1553.1_ Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education handbook.

The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required;
4-6 years serving as a Curriculum Developer at a formal military school (preferred);
3 years in curriculum development billet (minimum);
Graduate of Curriculum Development Course (CDC);
Graduate of Formal School Instructor Course;
Graduate of Formal School Managers Course;
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams; and
Can work independently or with little direction.
- Develop, update, and maintain New Equipment Training Team (NETT) training material for the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) Operator and Maintainer training courses;
- Assist, as required, with the development and maintenance of all related training documents that constitute ACV training materials, to include reference materials, Training and Readiness (T&R) manual(s), Programs of Instruction (POIs), course materials, evaluation and testing materials, Master Lesson Files (MLFs), and Course Content Review Boards (CCRBs);
- Implement quality control best practices as directed by the New Equipment Training (NET) Director;
- Perform Instructor duties as required by the NET Director;
- Participate in all ACV curriculum development related workshops and training sessions to provide subject matter and development assistance input.
- Be familiar with DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy, principles, and organizational protocols.
- Position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance;
- Interpret results from Gap, Task, Learning, and Method/Media analyses;
- Implement analysis product results to improve training and or training material;
- Develop a Master Lesson File (MLF) in its entirety independently, to include:
- Lesson Plans (LPs).
- Student Handouts (SHOs);
- Media (PowerPoint presentations);
- Written tests;
- Performance Evaluation Checklists (PECLs);
- Operational Risk Assessment Worksheet (ORAW);
- Joint Risk Assessment Tool (JRAT)
- Develop a POI in its entirety independently as directed;
- Review prevailing technical manuals for changes and update MLF;
- Adhere to quality control practices provided by the New Equipment Training (NET) Director;
- Prepare and deliver scheduled status reports in accordance with contractual obligation; and
- Attend all ACV curriculum development related workshops and training sessions to provide subject matter development assistance as required.

Travel:
Travel is expected to be moderate, up to 25% of the time.
