A growing hospitality group is looking for a Culinary Director to oversee multiple restaurants nationwide!
Qualifications
- Impressive track record as an Executive Chef or Culinary Director in upscale or fine dining establishments.
- Highly valued culinary degree from a prestigious institution.
- Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and lead culinary teams.
- Willingness and availability to travel to multiple restaurant locations when required.
- Must have Chinese or Asian cuisine experience.
Responsibilities
- Craft and communicate an inspiring culinary vision in alignment with the company's ethos and values.
- Lead the creation of innovative, seasonal menus showcasing culinary creativity.
- Collaborate effectively with resident chefs to curate menus that highlight regional flavors while maintaining brand consistency.
- Recruit, develop, and guide culinary talents at various locations, fostering a culture of culinary excellence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
