Department Profile
Operations is one of the largest divisions in the firm and has diverse responsibilities, including correctly settling and recording millions of transactions per day, identifying and mitigating all operational risks, developing strong client relationships and partnering with technology to realize the full potential of IT and e-solutions. Throughout, the Operations department continually seeks ways to improve while actively supporting the development of new businesses, structures and markets.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, monitor and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion
  • Support updates to weekly CSIA Management review of projects in flight
  • Create a clear, coherent plan to guide project execution and control
  • Ensure all project plan activities are completed on time
  • Lead team scrums, identify growth opportunities, and communicate with squad throughout the project ensuring all members understand the value of their contribution to the business and firms bottom line
  • Collaborate with Fleet leadership to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic business goals
  • Maintain product backlog ownership through accurate understanding, analysis, and translation of ask into functional requirements
  • Ensure proper prioritization of backlog and alignment to overall fleet strategy
  • Secure proper stakeholder sign-off within project timeline deadlines
  • Define UAT test strategy and plan, ensure effectiveness of approach. Lead CTB Business Analysts in creation of test scripts and test execution.
  • Facilitate regular reviews of test strategy with Program Manager and Fleet Leadership
  • Serve as testing SME for overall project team leveraging business acumen
  • Support off hours and weekend production implementation and related checkout activities
  • Serve as lead for CTB Business Analysts and ensure proper coverage across test plan/scripts
  • Minimize defects introduced into Production using active risk management throughout project lifecycle

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years related experience within a Contact Center environment
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, busy environment High level of attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with Business and Technology counterparts
  • Familiar with Agile disciplines and ceremonies
  • Knowledge with Power BI and Data models
Role is Hybrid and will require in office attendance 3 days/week.
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $68,000 and $125,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
