Position
Operations professional based in New York City to manage various aspects of client operational needs for a Private Wealth Management division team. Will also be expected to assist with and resolve risk and compliance issues as they arise. Responsible for supporting broad direction, policies, and guidelines for the team's operational side of the business.
Responsibilities

• 1-3 years of experience in operations in a fast-paced, dynamic leading organization
• Risk and compliance experience strongly recommended
• Help define success criteria and core metrics, including leading indicators which will be used to evaluate overall business performance
• Improve and monitor internal processes, setting up internal systems, review operation reports by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics and continually introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions
• Drive decisions for operations activities and responsible for special projects
• Ensure that operational priorities are aligned with the team's elevated client experience
• Support the Advisor team with all related operational activities and needs

Qualifications

• Financial services experience preferred
• Operational experience required
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Series 9 and 10

Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
