Operations professional based in New York City to manage various aspects of client operational needs for a Private Wealth Management division team. Will also be expected to assist with and resolve risk and compliance issues as they arise. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Responsibilities
- 1-3 years of experience in operations in a fast-paced, dynamic leading organization
- Risk and compliance experience strongly recommended
- Help define success criteria and core metrics, including leading indicators which will be used to evaluate overall business performance
- Improve and monitor internal processes, setting up internal systems, review operation reports by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics and continually introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions
- Drive decisions for operations activities and responsible for special projects
- Ensure that operational priorities are aligned with the team's elevated client experience
- Support the Advisor team with all related operational activities and needs
Qualifications
- Financial services experience preferred
- Operational experience required
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Series 9 and 10
