Automated Health Systems is a premier healthcare focused Customer Service call center vendor expanding in the Northeast Region. Join at the front end for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced contact center environment.
**This role is available remote or onsite in Marlborough, MA. Must be able to pick up equipment at the Marlborough, MA location**

Call Center Responsibilities:
- Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
- Providing accurate and consistent information.
- Providing quality Customer Service and support.
Call Center Qualifications for the position include:
- Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
- Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
- Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
- Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) strongly preferred.
