HOA management company seeking motivated and adaptive Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills:
Responsibilities
- Answer phone and email.
- Greet all clients.
- Assist in clubhouse rentals, including reservations, payments, deposits and fines.
- Provide prompt and considerate service to all customers.
- Ensure that all requests/required data entry is accurate and completed on time.
- Ensure lobby is kept clean and inviting.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in learning new technology
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel)
- Ability to adapt to varying tasks
- Must be detail oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
