POSITION TITLE: CRM Insights Specialist
POSITION PURPOSE:
The CRM Insights Specialist will contribute to the understanding of the customer lifecycle and drive tactical insights for customer acquisition and retention, both online and offline. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design a clear measurement framework, centered around customer KPIs, and develop reporting capabilities that enable key stakeholders to monitor the business from a customer-centric perspective. The role will involve working closely with tech and marketing teams to implement scalable solutions around customer data that enhance marketing efficiency
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Collaborate with various teams to articulate visions and develop roadmaps that align with stakeholder goals. Conduct customer analytics, including KPI trends, customer profiling, user segmentation, clickstream analytics, SKU/Category level analysis, margin analysis, and behavioral targeting. Create processes with cross-functional partners for effective execution of analytical insights.
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex customer analytics projects, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Provide input on how to enhance optimization and personalization capabilities. Assist in survey creation and analysis to improve the customer experience. Conduct post-mortem analysis on campaigns and projects to measure sales effectiveness and ROI.
Segment the customer database to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and engagement. Define, scope, and estimate new initiatives, considering customer, channel, offer, and design elements.
Collaborate with Business Intelligence (BI) to develop actionable data reports focusing on customer segmentation. Assist in establishing metrics for stakeholders to evaluate campaign and loyalty program performance.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years
