Entry Level Customer Relations Specialist

Amplified is predicted to be one of the fastest growing companies in the city this year and is filling an Entry Level Customer Relations Specialist position. We are expanding our services throughout the area and are looking to start developing our core team for Sacramento area.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain the customer experience roadmap
• Improve the overall customer experience
• Manage and follow up on your customers and assigned tasks
• Analyze a customer’s situation and offer a solution that best fits the their needs
• Usage of platforms such as Salesforce
• Attend staff meeting and weekly evaluations/ trainings
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
