Incorporated in 1979, Tri-Arc Food Systems, Inc. is a licensee of Bojangles’® Restaurants, Inc. and one of the largest franchises in the Bojangles’ system. The first of Tri-Arc’s restaurants opened in Selma, NC in 1980 and since that time, the company has expanded to over 50 locations throughout the Triangle and Southern Virginia.
