Crew Member / Crew Lead - Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Holland

As a Lead Crew Member, must be a min of 18 years old and you will receive hourly pay plus tips (currently averaging $5.00 per hour), you are the core of the Tropical Team and are responsible for:

• This position may require day, evening and weekend work hours.
• Set up, maintaining, and tear down of Food and Smoothie lines
• Preparing ingredients for the menu
• Assisting customers by taking their orders, answering their questions, and providing them with an excellent experience
• Upholding the companies standards of excellence

About Tropical Smoothie Cafe
It started on a beach in Florida. The calm gulf waters, friends enjoying games in the sand and a need for replenishment from the warm Florida sun. We started by blending fruits and vegetables together to create unique and refreshing smoothies. And customers lined up for our tasty creations. Then in 1997, we opened our first cafe in Tallahassee, Florida. Guests now had a place to sit and relax while we made their favorite smoothies. Two years later, we added a range of wholesome food options to complement our smoothies, all made fresh. We started as a destination for flavor, and it’s a proud heritage that we continue today. We are guided by a simple belief: when you eat better, you feel better.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
