Job Description
- Taking customer orders: Crew members are responsible for taking customer orders and ensuring that they are accurately entered into the restaurant's point-of-sale system. They may also be responsible for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Preparing food: Crew members may be responsible for preparing food items such salsas, aguas frescas and some items from our menu. They must ensure that food is prepared to the restaurant's standards and that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Cleaning: Crew members are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This may include cleaning counters, windows, restocking supplies, and keeping the dining area clean and tidy.
- Customer service: Crew members must provide excellent customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience. This may include answering questions about the menu, suggesting menu items.
- Teamwork: Crew members must work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
