Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the system
- Prepare and cook food items according to company standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus
- Familiarity with retail math for cash handling purposes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety guidelines and procedures
