THE JOB:
As the Crepe Maker at Bellagio Patisserie, your primary duty will be crafting and serving all crepes and related food items on our menu. You'll ensure the dining area remains pristine while also delivering exceptional service to guests. Your welcoming demeanor and attentiveness to their preferences will elevate their experience, leaving them with unforgettable memories long after they depart.
THE STARTING RATE: $24.8138
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Refill crepe menu products, viennoiserie, pastries, gelato, ice coolers, reach-in beverage coolers, reach-in pantry coolers and condiment drawer.
• Communicate with management, chef, and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or employees.
• Knowledgeable of retail pastry for wedding and special occasions.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items.
• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment.
• Properly label date on products used in crepes.
• Clear tables and counters, sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests when there is no crepe order.
• Use and clean equipment such as crepe machine, whipped cream machine, warmer, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, Panini machine, blender, soda machine, oven, and steamer.
• Maintain stock volume by restocking the sales floor, receive, unpack, and put away deliveries.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Previous experience crafting crepes or similar delicacies.
• Previous employment in a bakery, deli, or similar position.
• Proficient in utilizing cooking equipment such as griddles, flat tops, etc.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences.
• Describes themselves as detail oriented.
• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression.
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Available to work part time and full-time hours as needed, depending on business requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience.
