PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Controller, the Credit and Collections Manager is responsible for managing Zwilling’s Credit and Collection department. As a working manager, they will review and approve new and existing customers, oversee and participate in the collection efforts and solve issues while leading the credit team to achieve higher KPIs.
- The manager ensures timely collection of accounts receivable by establishing and monitoring adherence to appropriate processes and controls.
- The manager supports the team on all credit processes including application of cash, reviewing A/R aging and initiating collection procedures.
- Assures that credits are issued, and offsets are settled promptly and accurately.
- Addresses escalated credit files on high-volume or high-risk accounts as deemed necessary and adjust credit limits and/or payment terms in order to provide flexibility as it relates to generating new business or growing existing business.
- Assures all customer chargebacks are reviewed, disputed, and processed on a timely basis.
- Partners with FP&A team to track all MSA programs and provide updated balances by customer at month end.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of Credit and Collections Management experience required
- 10+ years of Credit and Collection experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel required
- Experience working in the Retail/ CPG industry preferred
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel required
- Ideal applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure
- Thorough knowledge of customer purchase orders/customer order entry/shipping/credit and accounts receivable accounting
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail.
Compensation Range: $100,000.00- 115,000.00 USD/ Year Contingent Upon Experience
