The opportunity

The Credit Administrator III is primarily concerned with performing all the Administrative Functions for the Credit Department.

How you’ll spend your day

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any incumbents with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments. 

•    Responsible for answering all email requests for the department in a timely manner.
•    Responsible for making customer changes to JDE.  
•    Assist with order release and work with customers to obtain payment for order release.
•    Responsible to process credit applications, assist with new customer setup and ensuring that affiliated accounts are setup properly.
•    File UCC 1 and UCC 3. 
•    Handle Salesforce Requests.
•    Assist Analyst with daily monitor of the Credit Insurance Policy and reporting.
•    Responsible for reviews on all customers with credit limits below $150K.
•    Work on Special Projects as assigned by management.
 

Your experience and qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. 

Education/Certification/Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree and minimum of one-year equivalent work experience required.


Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
•    Knowledge of Financial Statement Analysis preferred (Balance Sheet/Income Statement/Cash Flow Statement).
•    Understanding of Risk Metrics and Financial Ratios preferred.
•    Knowledge of JDE/SAP and AS400 preferred. 
•    Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
•    Microsoft Office Suite proficiencies: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
•    Ability to work in team/cross functional environment.
•    Demonstrate effective customer service skills.
