Job Description
Location: Remote
The Credentialing & Enrollment Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Credentialing and Enrollment team in reporting through CredentialStream (web-based credentialing platform) including monthly roster submissions to all delegated health plans and ACO/PQN rosters, producing key metrics for KPI assessments for each associate, producing monthly executive level dashboards, and other ad hoc reports as needed. This role is a critical player in the support and continuous improvement of our credentialing and enrollment data platform.
Primary Job Duties:
Develop and produce health plan rosters on a monthly basis for all markets for delegation and Value Based Care contracts.
Develop and produce key metrics from the credentialing platform for KPI assessments for each associate in conjunction with department leaders.
Manages reporting function for credentialing and enrollment system.
Discover and implement process improvements through automation of existing processes.
Foster relationships and cross-functional support between Privia teams.
Strategic thinker who assesses situations carefully and delivers scalable recommendations and results.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Familiarity with EHR systems (athenaNet) preferred
Strong technical skills and is able to investigate technical issues including strong competency in SQL and other database concepts required
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to use technical support and operational data to develop reports and dashboards
Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10% based on performance in the roles. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
