Summary This position is responsible for ensuring CREDENTIALING compliance, onboarding and orientation are completed for all Dean’s Professional Service team members and clients according to policy and deadlines.
Daily Job Functions
Compliance Processing
- Employee Compliance Request completion with 24-48 hours
- Welcome and Onboarding Check Outs for all Employees going to work
- Client Specific Processing and Client On-boarding Completion within allotted timeframe
- Completion of the DPS Standard 5 Point Checklist within allotted timeframe
- Completion of specific Industry and Occupation compliance according to accreditations / licensures
- Communication in real-time with Employee, Staffing Team and Client
- Ensure all Employee files are 100% complete
Credentialing Back Up
- Will process all overflow ECRs for all teams with the assistance of the Compliance Team Lead
New Hire Orientation Back Up
- Facilitate the Orientation experience in a professional and timely manner (in person or over the phone)
- Responsible for the “Welcome” call for all employees going to work or becoming part of the DPS inventory pool
- E-verify completed in real-time prior to Orientation / leaving Orientation
- Verification of HR Center On-boarding Procedures & completion of the on-boarding
- Preparing Orientation Room and Orientation Documents
- Annual updates for Orientation Documents
Front Office Back Up
- Managing and facilitating the Welcome experience for guests for telephone and face to face interactions
Management of Information
- Maintains privacy, confidentiality, security, and integrity of applicant, client and organizational data.
Maintains security of personal passwords

Requirements
1+ years of Credentialing or Staffing experience
Healthcare experience a plus
High School diploma or GED,
AA/BA/BS preferred
Strong people skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work with deadlines
Strong analytic, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to perform multiple tasks
Knowledge of health care industry preferred
Solid Organization and record keeping skills.
Computer proficiency required, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Must pass Pre-employment background check and drug screen
