KEY FUNCTIONS
Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Required: Three years of experience in Medical Staff services, credentialing, accounting, auditing or other related field.
Preferred: Five plus years in a Medical Staff office or quality setting with direct experience in credentialing or quality functions.

KEY FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for all aspects of applying for licensure on behalf of MD Anderson Clinical Faculty, and others.
- Responsible for accurate and timely data entry into the credentialing database.
- Review of information provided on prepopulated applications.
- Serve as liaison to administrative support staff in the clinical departments for coordinating licensing of clinical providers.
- Responsible for timely and accurate reconciliation of charges incurred through the application process.
- Complete projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Research state requirements/update internal processes/documents accordingly.
- Answer calls/email inquiries.
Education
