We are looking for: (Temporary) Creative Producer
ASG is looking for a Creative Producer to support our client which has a small but impactful team of open-minded people trying to grow a wonderful brand in a meaningful way, punching above the weight through quality of ideas and execution. The right person to support this team, requires an excitement for channel-agnostic creative problem solving and a real enjoyment of teamwork.
Job Responsibilities:
The Creative Producer role will plan requirements with internal customers and/or external agencies and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. You will have experience in every part of creative production including execution, account management and concept development. You’re comfortable producing video, animation, 3D models, print/OOH, radio, experiential and editorial content. You’re equally comfortable driving strategic conversations and creative development with internal and external teams. You can make the impossible, possible. You are curious, flexible, tenacious, can turn on a dime, inspire co-conspirators, and vaporize roadblocks.
As a Creative Producer you will work very closely with the Product Experience team to create in-product experiences that support our client marketing initiatives. You will be an integral member of the Go-To-Market & Product Programs team and a champion for high quality creative execution across channels. Your key responsibility is to oversee, manage and optimize the creative production process and execution of deliverables for our programs working with internal and external brand partners to make the most engaging experiences possible for Waze users.
Top 5 Daily Responsibilities:
- Drive creative development process. Collaborate with the creative team and cross-functional stakeholders on content development and production requirements. Deftly pivot when it changes and proactively identify solutions.
- Provide superior client management. Provide clear communication to client partners, team leads and senior stakeholders regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities. Manage, anticipate and prioritize frequent feedback.
- Reinforce best practices in production from creative briefing to launch. Promote high quality standards on all deliverables. Advocate for creative excellence without sacrificing deadlines and business needs. Be an equal and collaborative team player. Influence the pushing of boundaries.
- Find and manage the best partner production companies and resources.
- Keep tight, tidy budgets and schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of production experience managing the planning, design, creative development and production of marketing content, advertising, partnerships and interactive/immersive experiences within a creative agency or in-house team within
- Experience in Account/Client Management a plus
- Language fluency in Portuguese or Spanish
Compensation and Benefits:
This Temporary position offers a range between $90-110/hour, depending on experience.
April and May: Temp Part Time (20 - 30 hours a week)
June - December: Temp Full Time (40 hours/week)
