This position reports to the Director of Brand Experience in Central Marcom and works closely with the Associate Creative Director, the Director of Video Content, and the Manager of Project Management and Production as well as cross-functional teams, including Business Segments, Brand, Marketing, Communications, Events, and Legal.
- Help to lead and inspire a team of creatives including Visual Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters, Content writers, Videographers, Editors, 2D Animators, 3D Animators, Storytellers, Project Managers and Producers.
- Provide clear direction, set goals, and cultivate a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth while ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary resources and skills to deliver exceptional output.
- Partner with marketing leadership team to understand business objectives, prioritize work, and develop creative strategies that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.
- Conceptualize and lead the development and execution of creative projects ensuring seamless collaboration across marketing, design, and production teams. Provide guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and alignment on marketing objectives.
- Ensure that all creative work aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand identity across various channels and touchpoints.
- Oversee the allocation of resources, including budget, talent, and equipment to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Evaluate the current working model and implement changes to the creative process to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with outside agencies, vendors, and production companies to extend and bolster our creative capabilities while keeping our visual brand/tone consistent.
- Stay current with trends, techniques, and technologies in the creative industry. Apply this knowledge to drive innovation and differentiate our creative work from competitors.
- 15+ years of experience in creative roles serving market-leading technology businesses
- 5+ years leading teams as a Creative Director.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, design, communications)
- Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, copywriting, and creative processes.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across various mediums.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software and tools.
- Travel: Up to 25% (domestic and international)
