We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate Creative Director to join our team at the bspoke cultural hub in the Fairfax district. As an Associate Creative Director, you will be responsible for managing our curated retail gallery, scheduling for our podcast pod, influencer events, brand events, and more.
This is in a storefront environment - it is a NEW concept that allows brands to experience a pop up environment without having to staff or commit to taking over a space for a period of time
```Duties:```
- Assist in brands to include in the retail gallery
- Develop and implement creative strategies and concepts to attract established podcasts to broadcast from the bspoke space
- Collaborate with bands to understand their goals, objectives, and target audience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and brand lead activations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest standard
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree or similar experience
- Strong understanding and experience with social media posting
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually while also paying attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
