Spherion Staffing is collaborating with a client in College Station, Texas, to identify a motivated individual for the position of Court Clerk. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support and customer service within a legal setting.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: ...

Greet visitors and provide assistance in person and over the phone.
Address inquiries and provide information about court procedures and services.
Case Management:
Maintain accurate and organized records of court cases and proceedings.
Assist in the preparation and processing of legal documents and forms.
Cash Handling:
Receive payments for fines, fees, and court costs.
Maintain cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each day.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a court clerk or legal assistant role is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
Proficiency in cash handling and basic accounting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
