County Director

Consumer Support Services, Inc. is trusted in communities throughout Ohio as a provider of housing and support services to people with disabilities. We have a long history of empowering individuals, by working in partnership with their families or guardians to be responsive to their loved one's specific needs.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual for the position of County Director for our Darke and Preble County DD programs. The County Director will oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned county, which includes supervision, following a budget, staff training, programming and a strong focus on meeting the needs of the clients served. College degree preferred but not required; knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines; as well as 3 years supervisory experience with a minimum of 15 subordinates and 3 years of experience with DD individuals.

Coupled with extensive management experience in the DD field, applicants with past experience as a caregiver, direct support professional, resident care associate, direct care staff, home health aide, home care aide, home health care provider, patient care assistant, personal care aide, personal care assistant, personal care attendant, resident care assistant will be a terrific fit for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
