How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling a variety of welding equipment, hard goods, power tools, safety supplies and industrial gases to customers. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing top-notch assistance to customers in selecting the proper gages / tools.
Sign On Bonus
You are eligible for a sign-on Bonus of $2,500 that will be subject to required tax deductions and paid per the following:
$1250 following 90 days of your start date
$1250 following 180 days of your start date
If you leave the company, for any reason, within 24 months from your start date, you will be required to pay a pro-rated portion of the amount received back to the company as outlined by the Repayment Agreement.
- Sell industrial gases, welding equipment, power and hand tools to customers.
- Stock inventory and maintain showroom displays.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide support for the field Sales Representative.
- Identify, monitor and document competitive market activities by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Are you a MATCH?
- High School Diploma or the equivalent ; Two (2) year degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer service and/or sales experience
- Knowledge of welding, gases, industrial, safety supply sales preferred
- Adequate computer skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- 1 Year Driving Experience
- CDL A or B w/Hazmat and Airbrakes
- Clean MVR / driving record
- Be able to routinely handle up to 100 lbs
- Forklift experience a plus, but not necessary
- Respond to official inquiries and make entries on reports and records
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Understand highway traffic signs and signals
- Basic computer experience or knowledge a plus.
- Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public.
