Job Description
The customer service Counter Sales representative will work with customers in various ways, providing outstanding customer service, expert product knowledge and advice to help them meet their needs whether it be with the plumbing, piping, HVAC lines. The Counter Sales position serves as the first point of customer contact for the wholesale business.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Promptly assist customers at the counter or on the phone
- Processing orders and entering orders into the system accurately.
- May sometimes pull and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
- Follow up on customer orders, resolve problems to the customer’s satisfaction, and respond to inquiries timely.
- Coordinate activities with purchasing, shipping, credit and billing.
- Stocking, shipping and receiving.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills required:
- Minimum 2 years of Sales/customer service experience. Plumbing and HVAC product knowledge is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of Counter Sales experience
- Have the ability to build rapport and develop trusting relationships with customers.
- Possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, and must be able to represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and courtesy.
- Enjoy working in a rapidly changing, customer-focused environment where personal accountability is highly valued.
Schedule 8-5- Monday-Friday
Pay $18-$19.00 per hour
